Context

As the manager of the Montdidier laboratory you will report to the President of the SELAS BIOMEDIQUAL with an average of 600 files/day with 50% direct patient base and 50% external patient base via liberal IDEs, health establishments (EHPAD) and a social security health centre.

The laboratory is structured as a multisite (6) spread over the departments of Oise (60), Aisne (02) and Somme (80), including a technical platform (Noyon site) and five pre-post-analytical sites (Beautor site, Chauny site, Montdidier site and Roye site.

The multi-purpose technical platform has three workbenches: general haematology (cytology and haemostasis), general biochemistry and infectious serology.

You will be in charge of performing the biological procedures necessary for the smooth running of the laboratory while respecting the standards related to quality control and the accreditation process, all in the exclusive interest of the patient and the medical profession.



Mission

  • Ensuring that all medical biology procedures are carried out in a diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
  • Managing the medical-technical team at the Montdidier site.
  • Check the appropriateness of medical prescriptions, if necessary.
  • Ensure the biological validation of results.
  • Communicate the result appropriately to the prescriber and the patient, while providing counselling where necessary.
  • Establish and manage the staff schedules of the Montdidier site.
  • Participate in meetings organised by the profession and in transversal missions.
  • To manage medical information and communication within the Montdidier site.
  • Actively participate in the quality system approach.


Profile

You are a doctor or a pharmacist biologist and have a DES in Medical Biology or an equivalence (CES).

You are known for your interpersonal skills (partners, associates, prescribers, etc.) and your team spirit (willingness to invest in the management of a group).

An interest in parallel missions will be appreciated (Human Resources, Quality, Innovation...).

Position open to junior profiles; training for the position will be provided.

Possibility of part-time work (at least 60%)
