As part of the development of its activities, Cooptalis is recruiting for its Spot Acquisition Team on a sandwich course!
Within the specialist medical recruitment division - Anywr Care - you will work closely with the recruiters and business developers of these activities.
Accompanied by your team, your main tasks will be as follows
Carry out sourcing actions on social networks (LinkedIn in particular) and CV libraries, mainly on the European territory.
Participate in the definition and implementation of the most relevant sourcing strategy
Conducting market research and job board testing in countries where we identify talent
Conducting pre-qualification interviews and issuing reports,
Participate in interviews in pairs with a consultant,
Complete the reporting tools and monitor the KPIs
On a day-to-day basis, you will work in a team and be able to participate in various projects: improving the employer brand, managing the ATS, creating support documents/templates, setting up events... as you will have understood, this position is not set in stone!

Are you preparing a degree at Bac+4/5 level and would you like to work in the field of international recruitment?
Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and knowledge of a third language would be a real asset in our organisation (e.g. Spanish, German, Dutch).
You have a first experience in the medical sector or an affinity for this type of profile.
You are known for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to adapt quickly to a new environment.
