CONTEXTE

As part of its strong growth, Anywr is recruiting in the International Mobility division Senior Immigration Officer (M/F/X) en CDI .



Mission

Within the team Immigration Inbound with a staff of 10 and reporting to the Immigration Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:


Operational management of immigration files : case analysis, advice and complete management of our Talents' immigration files, while upholding the 3 values of the Anywr immigration service: expertise, compliance, customer satisfaction.

  • Point of contact between Talent, Customer & Authorities
  • Take charge of private customer requests & guarantee follow-up.
  • Ensuring immigration compliance (knowledge, risk management), implementing and updating immigration procedures, regular monitoring of immigration news.
  • Pro-active, reactive and solution-oriented customer satisfaction management (B2B and B2C customers); proactive in cross-selling.


Participation in the development of the immigration department

  • Participation in newsletters, webinars, training courses, etc.
  • Continuous improvement: processes, new projects, ideas, services, etc.
  • Participation in the development of digital tools


Supervision of junior immigration officers & knowledge sharing

  • Preparing and setting up training courses
  • Monitors the progress of the new recruit and keeps the manager informed




Profile

  • Knowledge of immigration law
  • Ability to analyse the dossier
  • Sense of customer service
  • Very good written and spoken French
  • Fluent English
  • Resourceful, humble, diplomatic
