We are looking for an assistant medical coordinator in Tunis for our French client, a leader in collective protection in France.


As an assistant medical coordinator, you will carry out administrative tasks:

- You will apply administrative procedures

- You will create folders in the Medcase tool

- You will manage existing files

- You will alert the line manager to anomalies and sensitive cases

You manage the prevention plan:

- You centralise customer requests with a view to organising health check-ups

- You can suggest appropriate service providers

- You collect medical information from medical providers

- You will manage the convocations for your international perimeter


We are looking for a recent graduate with a good command of French and English.

When you join our teams, you'll receive training at our Tunis site, full support on our businesses and tools, and local management.

You'll be working in a highly versatile position with scope for development.

Depending on your availability, you may be able to start work in the next few days (or weeks).

We offer our employees based in Tunis flexibility in terms of arrival and departure times, provided that the 8 hours of actual work per day are guaranteed. The variable morning and afternoon slots are as follows: between 07:00 and 10:00 (in the morning) and between 16:00 and 19:30 (in the afternoon).
