Anywr continues to grow and is recruiting a Sales Expert (M/F) to accelerate the development of Anywr Solutions in the market, including service delivery and freelancing offers, mainly in the IT sector.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- As a true sales leader, identify, prospect and open new accounts based on your sales expertise: customer satisfaction and loyalty are your priorities.
- To present our service offer and to put prospects and clients in touch with our best talents, whether they are employees or freelancers.
- Participate in the validation of consultant profiles according to the expectations of your clients and prospects.
- Work closely with the Anywr Group's sales and recruitment teams.
The most important thing for us is your personality and your motivation: a positive state of mind and enthusiasm, proactivity, a sense of teamwork and sharing, adaptability, open-mindedness and, last but not least, simplicity are the key words for success with us.
You have a degree in Business or Management, and at least 5 to 7 years experience in a business development role in the IT services or freelancing sector.
Entrepreneurial, a hunter at heart, you want to be at the heart of the development of a new project. You are a strong believer, persevering and show initiative and creativity in identifying new business opportunities.
Your knowledge of the regional IT services market is a real asset.
You are a self-starter and a good communicator, able to adapt quickly to a new environment. You are passionate about new technologies and are able to propose innovative ideas in line with the market and to innovate in collaboration with your team.
