Context

We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager for our client, a renowned multinational in the industry sector.



Mission

You will be responsible for the implementation of the Group's commercial strategy and the animation, management and motivation of the team. You will participate effectively in the promotion of the product range, aiming to strengthen the positioning of the company's brands on the Moroccan market.


  • Implement and monitor the Group's commercial strategy in the territory.
  • Ensure budgeted turnover is achieved.
  • Monitor deviations on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and deviations.
  • Develop the client portfolio according to the defined strategy.
  • Implementing business practices such as periodic visits, visit reports, agenda tracking, etc.
  • Motivate, lead and effectively manage a team of six to nine people.
  • Train and support the team.
  • Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative targets are met and monitored.
  • Monitor the competition and provide regular reporting.
  • Carry out appropriate promotional operations in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Ensure the development of the product catalogue and carry out promotional operations. - Ensure daily customer satisfaction.


Profile

  • A graduate of a business school with 8 years' experience as a sales manager, ideally in the industry sector, household appliances, oriented towards achieving objectives.
  • Strong mindset used to changing habits.
  • Strongly determined and challenging.

  • Excellent convincing and negotiating skills.
  • Great sense of responsibility.

Location Casablanca with travel throughout Morocco.
