Typical organisation of a dental centre : 2 medical assistants for the administrative part 1 centre manager 1 area manager 5 to 10 chairs per centre 1 dental assistant per dentist Material elements : Full time or part time contract Salary: 27% - 30% of generated turnover A well-defined initial integration process Regular training in internal software
