Mission

  • Manage and supervise the CRM development team, ensuring that tasks are properly planned and assigned, and that projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Mentoring team members and helping them to develop their technical and professional skills
  • Communicating with customers and other business teams to ensure that needs and expectations are properly addressed in CRM projects
  • Analysis of the technical feasibility of the projects and estimation of the cost and time of implementation
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure that projects are supported effectively
  • Participate in the development of the company's CRM development strategy
  • Take responsibility for resolving complex issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of the CRM development team's processes and tools


Profile

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and its various platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of IT project management and agile methodology.
  • Experience in software development and the use of different programming languages.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and expectations and to propose appropriate solutions.
