We are recruiting for our client, the Henner Group, a Health Manager to meet their growth challenges. Your position is based in Tunis.



Mission

You are the main contact for policyholders:

- You will advise and support them through whatever channel they choose: telephone, email or post and you will manage the payment of their services,

- You actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of the response provided, the quality of treatment and your contribution to the achievement of the group's site performance indicators

- You manage calls from beneficiaries and health professionals:

- You inform and advise clients on the guarantees they have taken out,

- You accompany them on a daily basis in their care.

You carry out the administrative management:

- Management of the life of the contract: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of contributions,

- Management of health services: recording of reimbursements, preparation of estimates, delivery of reimbursements in accordance with internal procedures,

- Management of updates and modifications of files (contract, address, RIB)

You manage customer relations:

- You provide information to policyholders on their contract cover, reimbursements and all aspects related to the life of the contract (subscription, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.), mainly by telephone and or by e-mail,

- You will advise them and provide a response to all their requests as well as those of health professionals.



Profile

We are looking for a young graduate with a good command of French and English and a preference for and facility with the back office.

Your position is a permanent contract and you will benefit from all the social advantages granted to their teams:

N.B.: The shuttle route may change according to the needs of the employees.


Work at weekends:


The days worked are from Monday to Sunday (depending on the schedule set up by the manager). Below are the details of the payment of additional hours:

- Saturday: 170% increase

- Sunday: 170% surcharge

- Public holidays: 200% increase + 1 day off

- Two days off during the week

- 40 hours per week


Timetable :

The Henner Group offers its Tunis-based employees flexibility in terms of arrival and departure times, provided that the 8 hours of actual work per day are guaranteed. The variable morning and afternoon slots are as follows: between 07:00 and 10:00 (morning) and between 16:00 and 19:30 (afternoon).
