Context

Anywr is looking for un.e HR Business Partner France in CDI to meet its hypergrowth challenges and the ambition to become the leader in international mobility.


Entrepreneurial, a true generalist in the HR function, you wish to join a French 120 company in rapid development and occupy an operational and transverse position?



Mission

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director and in close functional proximity to the Managing Director France and to the various contacts within the group, your main tasks will be as follows


  • Steering and ensuring the implementation of the Group's HR policies,
  • To provide support in the individual and collective management of employees,
  • Monitoring and supporting the pre-boarding and on-boarding of new employees, and intervening in the off-boarding process,
  • HR development: leading performance reviews, talent reviews, salary revaluation reviews, participating in the monitoring of salary policies and the training plan,
  • Supporting the Administration & Payroll Unit: drafting contracts and amendments, personnel files, dealing with employees on all HR and legal issues from day to day, internship agreements; answering questions relating to payroll, social benefits, mutual insurance, provident funds, etc.
  • Social monitoring, legal research, support for the application of labour law and occupational health and safety issues
  • Provide support for the management of social relations: support for social projects, monitoring of health and safety measures at work, monitoring of HR indicators, preparation of draft agreements,
  • To provide operational support to the General Manager France on HR and commitment projects for the BU and on the professionalization of teams, and to be the contact person for managers on their human resources issues
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects.




Profile

  • 3 years' experience as an HR manager in an SME or ETI, or 5 years' experience as a Senior HRBP.
  • General HR knowledge
  • Fluent English
