Our client is known as one of the most beautiful establishments in the Luberon, and its advantage lies above all in its exceptional location.

The restaurant offers modern and relaxed bistro-style cuisine, with a short menu that favours fresh and local products.


Under the authority of the President, the Director will have full day-to-day responsibility for the restaurant and the management of a team of 12/15 staff.

120 covers/day in high season - average ticket 70€ TTC - open from April to October. TURNOVER : 1 000 000€ HT

Management responsibility

To achieve the defined objectives and to implement the management principles of operations, human relations and marketing in line with the company's policy.

In charge of the purchasing policy and monitoring the cost price of invoiced products in partnership with the head chef

Invoicing of meals served, cash receipts and bank remittances.

Controlling the follow-up of reservations and table allocations, the management of the dining room and, with the head chef, the management of menus

Monthly reporting to his/her line manager will be required.

Business development responsibility.

Promotion of the institution both internally and externally.

Maintain relations with the establishment's customers and ensure their well-being.

Paying attention to the image of the establishment and customer satisfaction on social networks.

Administrative and legal responsibility

Ensure the application of laws and regulations in force in collaboration with the accounting and legal department (prices, personal safety, labour legislation, consumer protection, good hygiene practices)

Keeping administrative and legal documents related to the personnel (labour inspection, safety controls, internal regulations, ...)

Hygiene, quality and safety

Safety of goods and people (clients and staff) staying in the establishment.

Ensuring the quality of services provided to customers, improving customer satisfaction, welcoming customers.

Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and processes based on HACCP methods, raising awareness and training teams, monitoring compliance with these standards in all departments in partnership with the head chef.

Managerial responsibilities

Motivate and ensure the professionalism of the teams

Ensure the flow of information within the institution.

Personnel planning and recruitment under the supervision of the line manager

Supporting the floor manager and the head chef in their daily management.

Continuous training and development of employee skills


Passionate and dynamic, with at least 5 years' successful experience as a school manager . More experienced profiles (10/15 years of experience), operational, with a real life project to establish themselves locally will be seriously considered!

Leadership and excellent communication skills, ability to unite a team and lead to the achievement of defined objectives to make the institution shine while ensuring the full development of each person in their position.

Have a result-oriented vision with a strong customer focus.

A good knowledge of English is essential
