10 years of entrepreneurial adventure told like a novel
Marcq-en-Barœul, 17th October 2022 – Anywr, the leading international recruitment and job mobility operator launches a new corporate podcast format to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The 18 minutes podcast story tells the journey of Olivier Desurmont and Gilles Lechantre, two friends united by a strong motivation and a common conviction: “Talent is borderless”. Originally named "Cooptalis" and started inone of the founders' kitchen, Anywr, which now employs 800 people in 17 countries, is opening a new chapter in its history.
Listeners will discover Anywr’s history and background, from the unusual encounter of its founders to its worldwide success, via anecdotes worthy of a novel or film. Produced by Podcast Story, the platform recently created by the famous French television and radio host Sébastien Cauet, the Anywr podcast is available on the Company's website.

Through the example of Anywr, we are popularising via a customised podcast, the nuggets of French tech and French innovation, which is still often unknown to a large audience!"
The company's 10th anniversary is a perfect opportunity for the company to test a highly emotional medium such as podcast and reach a wide target of young professionals. Podcasts attract over several thousand million listeners worldwide, in constant growth. They are part of the communication media with high potential.
This new medium will also be a powerful tool for the company's internal communication and will be included in the welcome pack for new employees.
