Anywr Expands Global Presence with New Country Managers

Anywr strengthens its positions in Canada, North Africa and Europe with the appointment of new country managers

Wasquehal, December 1st 2022. Anywr, leader in recruitment and talent mobility worldwide, continues its development and expands its international presence with the appointment of new country managers: Nicolas Vaudenay in Canada, Hamza Boughaleb in Morocco, Mohamed Rassa in Tunisia, Audrey Baillet in France and Dennis Britstra in Benelux.

 

The appointment of new country managers to head up 7 of Anywr's 16 subsidiaries is in line with the group's growth and its global and local anchoring strategy, marked by an €80 million fundraising in June.

Audrey Baillet, works at Anywr for 5 years as Head of freelance and portage. She is appointed country manager France. Graduated from the University of Lille with a Master's degree in work psychology, Audrey started her career at Manpower before joining Anywr in 2017. This new position aims to strengthen Anywr's offer and coordinate the teams on the French territory ( Lille, Paris, Toulouse, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Sophia Antipolis, Nantes) while being as close as possible to the expectations of clients and candidates. His knowledge of the company and its teams combined with her experience will allow her to better serve existing clients and to develop Anywr's commercial portfolio in France.

Nicolas Vaudenay is appointed country manager for Canada. After graduating from ESC Troyes in 2004 with a degree in management and marketing, Nicolas Vaudenay turned his career towards recruitment. He has worked as a consultant, business development manager, group manager and customer experience in recruitment companies such as Flejay, Alteo, Giro or Humanify ink. He also launched his own firm in 2015. He joins Anywr as Country Manager Canada in October 2022. French-Canadian, Nicolas has been living in Quebec for 12 years. Nicolas' experience will allow him to offer all of Anywr's expertise to clients by building on the reputation of excellence of the relocation services already present in Canada for several years with the acquisition of Fleur de Lys

Hamza Boughaleb takes over as Head of the subsidiary in Morocco, established locally for many years through Cooptalis Maroc (formerly Maroc Intégration). After studying in a business school, he began a career in finance between Morocco and France, passing through Equity Research, auditing, management control before setting up and structuring a major regional finance department. After an entrepreneurial interlude, he joined Michael Page in February 2018 before embarking on the Anywr adventure in July 2022. He aims to develop recruitment activities in all its forms and new mobility solutions by deploying Anywr's recent digital innovations. Finally, he will put particular emphasis on addressing the needs of the freelance community

Mohamed Rassa has been appointed as Country Manager in Tunisia. Franco-Tunisian, he lives in Tunisia since 12 years. After studying in Tunisia and France Instrumentation and Metrology,he started his professional career with the world leader in Metrology, Trescal. In 2010, he launched a metrology laboratory in Tunisia and then in Morocco before being appointed Group Technical Director and continuing his missions in France. In 2018, he joined a French ESN as Operations Director. Since July 2022, he puts all his experience at the service of Anywr customers and will have at heart, thanks in particular to the acquisition of new premises, to set up an IT outsourcing center and thus expand the range of Anywr offers.

These arrivals complement that of Dennis Britstra who joined Anywr last spring as Group Director Benelux. Dennis started his career at Hays in the Netherlands and moved to Belgium in 2015. Since 2018 Dennis was the Managing Director of Modis Belgium, part of the Adecco Group. Next to this, Dennis also assists start-ups as a business mentor for Imec.Istart. His experience in recruitment and consultancy will accelerate the deployment of Anywr's full range of HR services, building on the excellence of the teams present in the region who have built a solid reputation in relocation activities (Magellan and EGQS certification by EuRA).
