General aim of the training

To increase your competences in Social Security Law applicable to foreigners.

To know the consequences in terms of entitlement when affiliated and the principle of totalisation.

To better master how to register at the CPAM (Social security system) and to understand the principle of eligibility.

To understand the concept of a posted worker according to Social Security

  • Consequences for the registration of newcomers since the 1st January 2016
  • The reform of the student scheme 
  • Status of partners/spouses of international organisation employees
  • Working-holiday visas
  • Secondment: definition and potential registration to the international relation service

Anyone who is willing to create a company which provides services and management consultancy (PSCM).

Self-employed workers (auto-entrepreneur status) who are willing to diversify their contracted services.

Employees of company which provides services and management consultancy who wish to formalise their skills.

PREREQUISITE

Adults.
To have completed the level 1 training «Professional Immigration in France» (or to prove to have at least a one-year practice)
