General aim of the training

To deepen your understanding of the different status types, of long and short term stay in France and of the use of the Schengen calculator. To deepen your understanding of immigration laws. As Service Provider and Management Consultant, to be able to advise your customers on the most appropriate status.

 

PROGRAMME

  • To develop good habits, to ask yourself the appropriate questions before starting the procedure
  • To acquire a simple and efficient methodology to quickly identify the procedure to put in place whilst asking yourself the appropriate questions
  • To reinforce your daily practice whilst updating your knowledge when proposing a structure to conduct the proceedings
  • To include the methodology of the procedures for access to work in France
  • To understand the mechanisms not subject to work authorisation
  • To understand the mechanisms subject to work authorisation
