General aim of the training

To master the legal aspects of rental management on entry and exit of the property. To understand how to carry out preliminary inventories on entry and exit of the tenant.

 

 

PROGRAMME

  • To know the landlord’s obligations upon entry of the tenant 
  • To understand the ‘technical performance diagnosis’ file (report on risk of exposure to lead, state of natural et technological risks, the condition of domestic gas and electrical systems, information about soil pollution, cases of areas with potential radon exposure, asbestos, information about rainwater collection)
  • To master the basic rules to carrying out preliminary inventories upon entry and exit
  • To be able to facilitate the refund of the deposit, to understand all repairs due to damage caused by the tenant upon departure and the deductions applied, and the documents to be paid by the landlord
