  • The process to be followed: presentation of the affiliation process steps
  • The different situations for an affiliation: general scheme, secondment, re affiliation and specific cases with examples.
  • Forms and documents to produce for each application.
  • Traps and mistakes to be avoided.
  • The CPAM contact points and the different organisations within the CPAM circle.
  • Organisation for a positive follow-up of the applications/ average time required for receiving an answer.

Anyone who may be in charge of a registration request at the CPAM, within a professional context.
